In 2020, many countries faced life restrictions and social unrest due to the widespread of Covid-19; however, we are the most fortunate to have only a small part of our lives impacted because of the strong efforts put together by our medical staffs and everyone involved. In addition to relying on the help of others, it is more important to have good hygiene and healthy immune system. Therefore, we have been actively promoting and advocating the implementation of frequent hand washing and masks wearing during the pandemic, and take body temperature and disinfecting whenever someone entering our classroom. We also advocate physical improvement of self-immunity. On October 26th, we arranged for the first LEC "Dynamic Movement" Olympic Games. We hope that teachers will cultivate the good habit of loving sports and healthy spirits while taking part in the competition.
