Before the start of the afternoon class, the teachers of the Taoyuan branch first get together to discuss different topics and teaching methods during this time. District Manager Lynn Wu said that this was the “most important meeting moment of the day”. At the table, the teachers chatted about the interesting things like sisters, they helped each other learn new teaching methods or just shared their leisure lives with each other, such an atmosphere blurs the division between work and leisure. Just because everyone is moving toward a common goal, it resulted in ultimately getting a brand new space for their branch.
